Co-founders, Luke and Kailyn, founded Nested Stays through their passion for providing exquisite accommodations for travelers of all sorts, as they have experienced over the years.
Comfortability, Consistency, and Safety are the foundation Nested Stays is built upon and are main priorities practiced by Luke and Kailyn. Both graduates from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Luke holds a B.A. in Finance, while Kailyn holds an B.A. in Accounting. Luke and Kailyn embed their love for travel with their creativity and design to bring top tier properties to our clients.

Pros of Partnering
Properties are professionally cleaned, weekly. This ensures that each guest has the best experience possible and that each home is kept in the same, if not better, condition than we received.
We always pay homeowners rent on the 28th of each month, no matter what, ensuring peace of mind.
We utilize noise monitoring devices and cameras for the safety of our guests and courtesy of neighbors. If either of these devices detect abnormalities in volume, we have the ability to remove guests immediately from the property; mitigating the potential of any disruptions.
We screen all of our clients prior to their stays ensuring only the best quality visitors.
We have $1,000,000 liability insurance and renters insurance on all of our properties.
We handle all minor maintenance (less than, or equal to $100) for all properties.
